As the Head of Brand, I oversaw all brand and content strategy, including:

Website copy + design

WEBSITE COPY + DESIGN
Oversaw creative design, messaging, targeting, and ad setup for Facebook/Instagram campaign. (There were ~20 creatives and 10 caption options, below is just a sample). Result: CPC was 4x less than industry benchmark, and registration conversion rate was 2x better than industry benchmark.
SOCIAL MEDIA + CONTENT MANAGEMENT
Oversaw content strategy and social media. Ensured relevant and quality content was being shared while also improving brand identity and voice to be more relatable and upbeat.
Wrote the copy for automated re-engagement emails (and corresponding platform notifications).
