Hi, I’m Shauna — a marketing leader with over a decade of experience building and scaling premium beauty, lifestyle, and apparel brands with integrated strategies that blend insights, creativity, and cultural relevance.

I specialize in uncovering a brand’s emotional truth and turning it into stories people connect with — across social, go-to-market launches, brand campaigns, influencer, PR, and activations. My approach unites big-picture brand strategy with social-first execution, ensuring every campaign not only builds awareness but drives revenue.

I work with brands, founders, studios, and agencies to bring structure during moments of transition or growth. I embed quickly with small teams and partner closely with leadership to turn scattered ideas into clear direction — aligning teams around focused narratives and scalable systems.

I’ve launched eight brands and hundreds of products — from luxury haircare to mobile apps — and partnered with cultural leaders including the American Music Awards, Revolve, Éliou, and DS&Durga. Recent highlights include leading Crown Affair’s highest-performing launch to date (3x revenue targets) and driving a 10x lift in influencer revenue at Wondery apparel.
